Practical Existentialism as the Philosophical Basis of Marxist Aesthetics

以往关于马克思主义美学之哲学基础的各种观点既有一定的学术价值,也存在明显的不足之处,已经不能适应“以人为本”、构建和谐社会的时代潮流。在后现代主义语境中,发展和建设当代有中国特色的马克思主义美学,必须超越以往的旧观念,坚持实践存在论的哲学基础地位。实践存在论是对马克思主义思想精髓和终极追求的高度的理论概括,只有从当代实践存在论视野审视和考察美学问题,才能真正体现“以人为本”的时代潮流。

There are not only much academic value but aslo obvious deficiency in previous points on the philosophical basis of Marxist Aesthetics. Previous points are unable to be suited to the times trend of taking person as foundation and building harmonious society. In postmodernism context, in order to develop and build aesthetics of Marxism with Chinese features, we must surmount old ideas and hold firmly the practical existentialism as its philosophical basis. Practical existentialism is highly theory condensation about the ideological quintessence and ultimate pursuit of Marxism. Only observing and studying aesthetic problems in the light of contemporary practical existentialism, can it really embody the times trend of taking person as foundation.
