摘要
近年来,对动机的研究一直是心理学界的热点,尤其是激发学习动机,提高学习能力的问题更受到各个心理学流派的关注,以至在本世纪心理学的研究对象里,已不再把动机作为个性倾向性的一个因素,而是单独的作为一个重要部分出现。
In recent years, the research of motivation is popular in psychological field, especially the problem of evoking motivation of study and improving learning ability. Motivation is considered not only as characteristic factor, but an important part appeared individually in the century.
