猪链球菌2型毒力因子多重PCR检测方法的建立与应用 被引量:3

摘要 猪链球菌2型是一种重要的人兽共患传染病,该病已成为严重影响各国养猪业发展的一种重要疫病,同时也是公共卫生防疫的重点。不同猪链球菌2型菌株的致病力不同,可分为高致病性毒株、低致病性毒株、不致病性毒株3种,这种致病力差异与各菌株的毒力因子直接相关,猪链球菌的毒力因子较为复杂,已知的毒力因子有溶菌酶释放蛋白(MRP)、细胞外蛋白因子(EF)、溶血素(SLY)、荚膜多糖(CPS)、
