Japan big ear white rabbits was divided into 4 groups and fed Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ(contain rapecake 6%,10%,20% separately) and cotrol (no contain rapecake but contain 10% soybeancake) diet separately for 3 month.Result showed 3th group animals growth was inhibited.The creatinine concentration(144.51μmol/L) increased as compared with control(100.04μmol/L)(P〈0.01) in serum The serum T3 level (2.48nmol/L) was significantly lower than control group (3.58nmol/L).The albumin content was less than globin in serum.Pathologcal examination find liver cell cloudy swelling,vacuoles,lymphocyte infiltration around hepatolobule.But Ⅰ,Ⅱ group animals compared with control has no difference.
