中国蔬菜产地变动与广域流通的展开

The Change of Vegetable Producing Area in China and the Deployment of Circulation in Broader Areas

本文认为,随着城市化、工业化进程的不断推进,消费需求的高质量化及流通渠道的不断变革,我国蔬菜生产表现出向主产地集中的趋势。蔬菜产地的集中又促进了蔬菜生产的专业化与规模化,推动蔬菜流通向广域化、多元化方向发展。同时技术的进步,尤其是批发市场、零售业的发展以及高速公路的建设,使蔬菜的广域流通成为可能。蔬菜产地变动与广域流通之间紧密相连、相互影响,为我国蔬菜主产地的形成以及蔬菜的周年供应、消费的均衡化发展提供了条件,但同时必须注意蔬菜产地之间的协调,加强蔬菜结构调整,提高蔬菜产地组织化程度,改善蔬菜流通主体整体素质,避免过度竞争。

The authors maintain that, with the development of urbanization and industrialization, vegetable production in China has demonstrated a trend of concentration in main producing area, which in turn promotes the specialization and scale extension of vegetable production. At the same time, the advanced technology, especially the development of wholesale market and retail market and the establishment of expressway, makes it possible to deploy vegetable circulation in a broader area. The authors believe that there are close relationship between the change of producing area and the deployment of circulation in broader areas, and they will interact with each other. And they also lay the foundation for the balanced development of consumption. But, we should adopt such countermeasures as paying more attention to coordination among different producing areas, strengthening structural adjustment, avoid undue competition, etc.
