摘要
自上世纪80年代以来,随着我国经济社会的变革和国际政治的风云变幻,客观上对我国政党制度以及党的执政能力的发展提出了新的考验:如何坚持和完善有中国特色的政党制度,如何加强党的执政能力建设,如何在加强共产党执政能力建设的同时推进我国政党制度的完善。文章站在历史的大背景下分析和阐述了上述问题,认为现阶段加强党的执政能力建设与坚持和完善我国政党制度是相辅相成的,应同时推进、互相促进、共同发展。
China＇ s economic reform and rapid fluctuation of international politics objectively has given the system of China＇ s party and development of party＇ s ruling capabilities a new test since the 1980s. How to uphold and improve the system of China＇ s special party; how to enhance party＇ s ruling capability construction and further improve our party＇ s system at the same time. This paper analyzed the above - mentioned problems and illustrated both problems should supplement each other. We should promote timely and develop commonly.
