文章从建筑市场信用状况出发,指出了加强建筑市场信用体系建设的必要性和紧迫性,提出了完善建筑市场信用法规、建立建筑市场信用信息数据库、建立建筑市场信用评价指标体系、建立和完善企业信用体系和失信约束惩戒机制等方面的建设性措施。
The article, considering the current situation of credit in the construction market, points out the necessity and urgency to enhance the building of the credit system in the construction market and proposes some measures to build and improve credit laws, credit data bank, index system of credit appraisal, credit system of enterprises and punishment and restrictions.
