摘要
针对我省山区多数县级政府电子政务建设中存在的问题,提出了相应的应对措施。在此基础上提出了一种集约化的电子政务建设体系框架及网络逻辑模式,该建设方案为贫困地区在电子政务建设中克服软硬件困难,创建创新型政府管理体制打下了坚实的基础。
The article, in view of the problems in the building of E - government in most mountainous county - level governments in Shanxi province, proposes some corresponding measures and the frame and logical network mode of an intensified E- government system, which has built a solid foundation for an innovative government administration and overcoming diffieulties in the building of E - government in poor mountainous areas.
