摘要
壳聚糖纳米材料成为近年研究的热点,随着研究的不断深入,众多的壳聚糖纳米复合材料也应运而生。由于这类材料的制备与复合作用有关,因此在研究与开发阶段进行形成壳聚糖纳米复合材料的物理(或化学)作用的研究具有重要的意义。本文归纳总结了近年来国内外壳聚糖纳米复合材料研究现状和发展趋势,讨论了静电作用、共价交联作用、吸附作用和氢键作用多种复合方式以及复合材料在各个领域中的应用。目前这类材料由于其优越的生物相容性主要用于药物载体。
Chitosan nanopaticles are an active reseach area in recent years. As the research progressing, lots of Chitosan-based nanocomposites have been prepared. The preparation is relative with the interactions, so it is necessary to study the interactions (physical or chemical ) on early stage of chitosan-based nanocomposites development. This article summarizes the research of chitosan-based nanocomposites involving in various interactions including electrostatic interaction, covalenctly crosslinking, adsorption, hydrogen bonding processes, and their application. Due to the excellent biological compatible, these nanocomposites are applied to drug delivery systems in brief.
