子宫颈上皮内瘤变自然转归的免疫机制研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasm,CIN)是一组宫颈癌癌前病变的通称。近年,CIN发病率明显上升,这与人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)引起的生殖道感染增加密切相关。流行病学研究表明,除少部分CIN进展为宫颈癌外,大部分未经治疗的CIN可自然逆转。宿主的免疫状况对CIN自然转归起重要作用。
