摘要
依据JJG548-2004对冷原子荧光测汞仪进行检定时,检定结果的不确定度主要来源于仪器的线性误差、检测限、重复性和标准物质浓度。对各不确定分量进行了评定和计算,求得合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为0.033ng/mL和0.066ng/mL(k=2)。
When cold-atomic fluorescence mercury meter was verified according to JJG 548 - 2004, the uncertainty of verification mainly resulted from concentration of reference material, linear error, detection limit and repeatability of equipment. The components of the uncertainty of verification result were evaluated and calculated. The combined standard uncertainty was 0.033 ng/mL, and the expand uncertainty was 0. 066 ng/mL ( k = 2).
