摘要
以添加胡萝卜汁、马铃薯汁和活性炭的培养基对11个马铃薯品种进行增殖培养,比较不同附加物对马铃薯脱毒试管苗增殖的影响。结果表明:在培养基中添加上述附加物对马铃薯脱毒试管苗增殖壮苗均有明显的促进作用,胡萝卜汁对马铃薯脱毒试管苗增殖壮苗效果显著,其次分别为马铃薯汁和活性炭。在株高、叶片数和根数方面,胡萝卜汁处理显著高于其它处理,在根数方面,胡萝卜汁与活性炭处理无显著差异。
11 varieties of potatoes were cultured in culture mediums with carrot juice, potato juice and activated charcoal, the effect on the in vitro propagation of virus-free potato of different additives was compared. The results showed that: every additive had significant effect on the in vitro propagation of virus-free potato, carrot juice could promote the proliferation and rejuvenation of the virus-free potato most greatly, next came potato juice and activated charcoal. Carrot juice treatment was significantly higher than other treatments in terms of height, stem diameter and leaves number. There was no significant difference between carrot juice and activated charcoal treatments in term of roots number.
