摘要
1949年，中国律师以政协委员的身份首次参与国家政治生活。1988年，律师以全国人大代表的身份再次重返政治舞台。当前，应该将中国律师参政议政定位在重登国家政治舞台。同时，律师主要以中国民主法治进程的推进者和人民公仆的“高参”角色，参与国家政治生活。
In 1949, Chinese lawyers participated in the national politics life as Committee Members of Chinese People＇s Political Consultative Conference for the first time. In 1988, lawyers returned to the political stage once more as representatives of the National People＇s Congress. At present, it is necessary to make lawyers participate into governmental affairs to deliberate over politics affairs. At the same time, lawyers should participate into national political life as the promoter of Chinese democracy and legal process and the ＂Senior Staff＂ of people＇s public servants.
