金针菇不同生育阶段基质组成元素的变化及其转化率研究

摘要 本文探讨了棉籽壳栽培金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)不同生育阶段基质组成元素的变化及其转化的情况。结果表明,金针菇对基质中C、N、P、K的转化率较高,分别为7.54%、17.82%、85.93%和21.04%,而对Na、Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe等微量元素的转化率较低。金针菇对基质中矿质元素的吸收利用具有选择性,与基质中元素含量没有线性关系。 The change of constituent elements in the cotton-seed meal medium and their transform rate at different growth stages of Flammulina velutipes were studied. The results showed that the transform rate of C, N, P, K was 7.54%, 17.82%, 85.93% and 21.04% respectively, while the transform rate of trace elements such as Na, Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe was relatively lower, and that the edible fungi absorbed the constituent elements in the medium selectively and the transform rate was not linearly related with the element content.
