饲料中油脂的质和量对团头鲂生长的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究在饲料蛋白水平、能量水平均能满足生长需要的前提下,饲料中添加不同含量及不同品质的脂肪对团头鲂鱼种生长的影响。试验所用的精制饲料用进口酪蛋白及脂肪、糊精、维生素、矿物质、纤维素加工而成,脂肪为豆油与鳕鱼肝油。52d 饲养试验的结果表明,团头鲂鱼种饲料中脂肪的适宜含量为4%~6%(P<0.05);鱼油的饲养效果明显优于豆油;饲料中同时添加豆油和鱼油,鱼体生长情况较添加单一的等量豆油或鱼油为差。 The study was conducted by adding different coutents and qualities of fats to the diet for blunt-snout bream fingerlings,whose protein and energetic levels were sufficient to meet the requirements of fish growth.The refined diets in the study were prepared by using casin imported and fats,dextrin,Vitamins, minerals and celluloses.Bean oil and cod liver oil were rsed as fats.The results of 52 day's of rearing showed that the optimum content of fat in diet for blunt- snout bream fingerlings was 4%~6%(P<0.05).The rearing effect of fish oil was obviously superior to that of bean oil.If bean oil and fish oil were bath added to the diet,then the growth of fish was poorer than when equivalent bean oil or equivalent fish oil was added to the diet.
