和谐价值观是一种符合中国传统与马克思价值理想的新型价值观,是胡锦涛等一大批政治家几十年从政理念的集中表述,一经提出就迅速取代主体价值论与价值关系说,成为中国社会普遍接受的主流价值观。它以法治为要义,既包容了价值研究的全部成果,又对它们作出了符合逻辑与现实的改造,同时也是对普世价值理论的创新,对马克思价值理想的深化。

The view on value of harmony is a new type of view on value which is in accordance with Chinese tradition and to Marxist value ideal. As a pithy expression from their philosophy out of political practice of scores of years by a great number of statesmen led by Hu Jintao, the view substituted the principal axiology and value relation theory as soon as it was put forward, and it has become the mainstream view on value widely accepted by China＇s society. The key to construct the view on value of harmony is law, which means all the research achievements on value should be contained in the legal framework, the plural values in society should be embodied in law, innovation on universal value should be carried out within the legal framework, and Marxist value ideal should be explored profoundly by law.
