摘要
介绍了高强度软钎料的研究结果、制备工艺及应用.讨论了软钎料的强化及抗蠕变作用机理.用正交试验法确定了钎料的合理组成配方.通过对试样的金相组织观察、X射线结构分析及机械物理性能试验,表明本钎料的物理及机械性能达到德国DIN3092—79标准,并降低了环境污染,完全可满足起重机钢丝绳钎焊要求.
The strengthening and anti-creeping principles, the development and application, etc., for the high strength solder are introduced in the paper. The physical and mechanical properties of developed solder have reached DIN3092-79 standard and nearly equal to German solder concluded from metallographical examination, X-diffraction analysis and mechanical testing. The solder totally fulfills the requirement for jointing the steel wire rope of crane.
