我国石油资源短缺,石油供需形势和供应安全问题成为社会各界所关注的焦点之一。在对我国石油资源现状、石油生产和消费状况、进出口贸易情况以及油价变化及其趋势进行简要分析的基础上,提出了相应的政策建议,即坚持“开源、节流、储备”的原则,加大油气勘探开发力度,落实节能和节油措施,优化石油消费结构,积极参与国际石油资源的开发与合作,逐步建立和完善我国的石油供应保障体系。

According to analysis of current situations of oil resource, oil production, oil consumption, oil trade (import and export), oil price trend, countermeasures are put forward, which include insisting principle of open up source, regulate flow, storage , strengthening exploration and development of oil and gas resources, implementing measures on energy saving and oil saving, optimazing oil consumption structure, attending development and cooperation of international oil and gas resources actively, building and improving China’s oil supply and ensuring system.
