回收边远小油田放空天然气的撬装设计 被引量:16

摘要 地处戈壁沙漠中的小油田在采油时,常常将与石油伴生的天然气排往放空火炬烧掉。回收利用这些放空天然气,不仅可以防止宝贵资源的浪费和燃烧气体对大气的污染,而且还能取得十分可观的经济效益。文章结合实例介绍了采用撬装设计回收放空天然气中的NGL组分,并对回收NGL后的天然气进行压缩,然后用高压集装管束拖车运往用户的装置的设计特点、工艺流程、撬板设计、投资估算和经济效益进行了分析,认为采用撬装设计装置是回收边远小油田放空天然气的可靠且行之有效的方法,应鼓励有能力的企业进军戈壁、沙漠以回收利用仍在大量放空的天然气。 The accompanying gas of little oil field is usually burned when oil is product in the desert. By gathering and utilizing that natural gas, not only prevent the waste of the gold resource and air pollution but also enormous economy benefit can be gained. This paper introduces the skid-mounted design that is used to recovery the NGL component in dumped natural gas, and analyzes the design specialty of that equipment, process flow of that equipment, skid base design of that equipment, investment estimates of the equipment and economy benefit of that equipment. This paper draws an conclude that the result of utilizing the skid-mounted design equipment to recovery the dumped natural gas is credible and effective, and should encourage capable company to recovery the dumped natural gas in the desert.
