摘要
运用文献资料法、特征解析法、访谈法等研究方法,对世界优秀短跑运动员的身体素质训练结构进行研究。研究揭示:力量训练结构主要是由单腿或双腿的连续跳跃、多次数的深蹲或半蹲练习组合而成;速度素质训练结构主要是以提高最大速度为核心,以最大负荷强度的短距离跑练习为主要手段;耐力的训练结构主要是由长距离和比赛距离的重复跑和间歇跑构成。
This article does some research about Physical ability training structure, using Literature Analysis ,characteristic analysis ,interview and so on. The research promulgates: The strength training structure is mainly the double leg Continuously jumps, and the multi-number of times depth squats or partly squats the practice;The speed quality training structure is mainly taken enhances the maximum speed as a core, and be taken the biggest load intensity and the less loads short-distance race practice as the major method;The endurance training of the structure is mainly nm by the long distance and the competition distance repetition with the intermittence rims and so on the constitution.
