通过对基层少年儿童训练与比赛情况的调查,发现存在着早期专项化训练的现象,这一现象对少年儿童运动员的身心健康发展、后背人才的培养以及我国的竞技体育水平都有着很大的危害性。对造成早期专项化训练的原因进行分析,同时提出了改变这一训练现象的对策与建议。
