根据江苏自行车队山地车女子组备战第十届全运会随队训练和比赛的经历,通过总结成功经验和失败教训,对山地车项目在训练创新和队伍管理方面的规律进行思考和总结.
In order to prepare for the lOth National Games, Jiangsu women mountain bike team worked hardly for 1000 days and completed the established tasks, also sum up experiences and the shortage. We should have some recognition to the innovation training and manage laws of mountain bike team through rationalistic study.
