摘要
提出一种改进型ZCS-PWM开关单元。该开关单元能在整个变换范围内实现所有有源开关管的零电流开关(ZCS)和所有无源开关管的零电压开关(ZVS),而且通过无源钳位电路彻底地消除了所有开关管的电压尖峰,并使得所有开关管的电流应力都很小。详细分析了基于该开关单元的Boost变换器,研究结果验证了这种零电流开关技术的可行性,最后得出了基于该开关单元的一族变换器。
An improved zero-current-switching (ZCS) PWM switch cell is introduced in the paper It is featured by ZCS of all the active switches, zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) of all the passive semiconductor devices at entire load range, and less current stress and less voltage stress benefiting from the passive clamping circuit. Theoretical analysis and operation principles of a Boost converter based on the switch cell are analyzed in detail. The validity of the proposed ZCS technique is verified by the research results. Then, a novel family of converters using the switch cell is derived.
