摘要
用塔形试样对比研究了水平连铸管坯和轧制管坯穿孔时顶头前压缩率对孔腔形成的影响。实验结果表明,水平连铸管坯的塑性比轧制管坯差,斜轧穿孔时水平连铸管坯形成孔腔的可能性比轧制管坯大得多。
The effect by pre-plug compression rate on formation of the cavity was investigated in a comparative method with step-down test samples of HCC billet and rolled bloom respectively.The result shows that it is more possible for the HCC billet to form the cavity than the rolled bloom in rotary piercing operation owing to the former's plasticity less than the latter's.
