摘要
从理论和实践方面论证了成组技术在高频直缝焊管生产中应用的必然性、可行性。在成型和定径时运用成组技术,可用一套开口孔型辊、定径辊生产一组外径相近的焊管。这样,不仅可以简化生产技术准备工作,而且可以降低生产成本。
The inevitability and feasibility of application of the grouping technique to produc tion bf hi-frequency welded tubes are discussed from both theoretic and practical point of views. With the grouping technique it is allowed to produce a group of tube sizes with similar O. D. s by means of one set of open-pass rolls and sizing rolls in forming and sizing operations,which not only simplifies the preparation procedure for the production, but also cuts down the operation costs.
