摘要
标题合金加入Zr、B后,在1100~1200℃,高温性能优于Pt-7Rh合金。Zr、B元素在合金中主要起固溶强化作用。就高温强度性质而言,该合金可替代Pt-7Rh合金,从而节约2~3wt%的Rh。
It has been found that the high temperatare properties were better than the Pt 7Rh alloy in 1100~1200℃ when the Zr、B elements had been added into Pt (3~5)Rh alloys. The Zr、B elements will be solved in the solid solution of the Pt (3~5)Rh alloys. The Pt 7Rh alloy can be insteaded by the Pt (3~5)Rh Zr B alloys, so that 2~3wt% Pt can be saved.
