摘要 目的:探讨服用不同剂量罗汉果提取液对游泳训练小鼠耐缺氧与耐高温及运动能力的影响。方法:以昆明种小鼠为研究对象,通过建立灌服罗汉果提取液的小鼠递增负荷的游泳训练实验模型,测定小鼠力竭游泳与力竭爬绳时间、耐缺氧及耐高温时间。结果:1)一定范围内,小鼠生理机能的提高程度与服用罗汉果剂量大小呈现明显的依赖性;2)不同剂量罗汉果对小鼠生理机能影响呈现出典型的双向效应,剂量增大效果逐渐增强,但剂量继续增大时,反而出现抑制现象;3)15.0g/kg剂量的罗汉果对提高小鼠生理机能效果最为明显。结论:罗汉果在提高小鼠耐缺氧与耐高温及运动等能力方面具有积极作用,且15.0g/kg的服药剂量效果最为显著,为最佳有效服药剂量。 Objections: This study investigates the influence efficacy of the different dosage of Luo Hart Guo on performance of endure lacking oxygen and resisting heat and exercise in swimming train mice. Methods: Based on the study - objects of male Kunming mice,through the experiment mode on train of Increasing to swimming time of the mice which has been taken Luo Han Guo.This article tests mice's exhausted swimming and climbing time. Results: 1)After taken Luo Hart Guo, mice' s physiological function is considerably improved within depending the scope of dosage. 2)There is the double to efficacy of the different dosage of Luo Hart Guo on physiological function in mice.3) We can apparently promote mice's physiological function after taking the dosage of 15. 00g/kg Luo Han Guo. Conclusion: There is aggressive effect on promoting performance of endure lacking of oxygen and resisting heat and exercise in mice, and the efficacy of dosage of 15.00g/kg Luo Han Guo is obvious. It is the best taking dosage.
