摘要
按照新课程标准体系的理念和要求,更新体育教育专业学生教育实习成绩的评价方法和内容。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法,制定了一套多人、多阶段、多因素、多层次的综合评价体系,评价体育专业实习生课堂教学质量。运用公开、定量、多元主体参与式评价方法,把评价者的主观因素控制在较小的程度;便于评价结果的及时反馈和运用。
To astablish a brand - new complex appraisal method to appraise student's performance of class teaching in teaching practice in order to be suitable to the requirements of the new curriculum system. [ Methods] References reviewing, questionnaire and interviewing methods are applied. [ Results] A brand - new complex appraisal system, with multi - person, multi - stage, multi - factor and multi - level way to appraise student's performance in teaching practice established. [ Conclusion] The appraiser's subjective factor is minimized by this open,quantitative and multi - way appraisal especially self- participation way,The feedback and re - action on the appraised student from the results of the appraisal is active timely.
