摘要
2003～2004年的4～5月,在扎龙国家级自然保护区,采用瞬时扫描取样法对野生白枕鹤、特殊类型野生白枕鹤、野生和散养配对白枕鹤(♀野生+♂散养)的繁殖行为进行了观察。结果表明:白枕鹤经历了求偶期、孵化期和孵化中止期;在不同的繁殖时期,觅食行为发生频次最高(50％左右),其次为警戒行为(20％左右);在孵化期,除了上述两种行为外,孵化行为的出现频次也较高,分别为21．82％、46．61％和47．83％。T检验表明,不同时期三类白枕鹤各行为的差异显著(P<0．05),但在孵化中止期,特殊类型白枕鹤与野生白枕鹤的各种行为与它们各自求偶期的行为无显著差异(P>0．05)。
In April and May, 2003 and 2004, the reproductive behavior of wild and semi- domestic paired （the female is wild and the male is semi - domestic） white - napped crane, wild cranes of the special type and wild crones were observed in Zhalong Nature Reserve, with instantaneous scan sampling method.Results indicated that the reproductive process experienced three stages： courtship, incubation and incubation disturbed; during all these three stages, the frequency of feeding was the highest and occupied the most part of the time budget （ about 50% ）, alert was the second （ about 20% ） ; in the incubating stage, the frequency of incubation was also high, being 21.82%, 46.61% and 47.8% respectively for the three pairs.T- test showed that, in different stages, differences in behaviors of different types of pairing of white - napped cranes were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but in incubation disturbed stage, behaviors of wild crones and cranes of the special type were not different aignitieantly （ P 〉 0.05） .
