温度场数值模拟是铸造过程仿真技术的重要方面之一。有限差分方法是凝固过程温度场解析的常用数值计算方法。基于温度场分析结果的铸件缩孔缩松预测可以优化铸造工艺设计。商品化软件的开发,除依赖有效的分析计算,也依赖良好的界面和前后处理功能。随着计算机技术的发展。
Numerical simulation of temperature field is one of the important aspects of simulation technology for foundry processes. Finite Difference Method (FDM) is usually used for calculating the temperature field of casting solidification processes. Based on calculated temperature distribution in the casting, the prediction of shrinkage defects can be achieved, which can be used as a tool to optimize the design of foundry technology. For a commercial software, the pre and post processing, the user interface, and the efficient simulation program, all are important. With the development of computer science, the application of personal computer in the simulation of casting processes is developing rapidly.
