摘要
依据造型紧实机理,从造型紧实效果角度阐述了空气冲击造型机能级的含义。建立了能级参数C1和C2计算公式,采用数值分析实例对C1进行了分析并提出了能级的划分方法。初步提出了C2的试验获取方法。
Based on the principle of air impact compaction,the significantion of energy grade of air impact moulding machine has been clarified,the formula of energy grade parameters such as C 1 and C 2 has been founded,parameter C 1 is analysed by numerical simulation and the method for energy grade distinguishing is purposed.The experimental method of parameter C 2 is suggested eventually,the method of energy grade evaluation has been proposed.
