铸型类型及其转速和涂料层厚度对热型法离心铸造球铁管外表面质量影响的试验研究

摘要 就双铸型离心铸管机的铸型类型、转速及涂料层厚度变化,对球铁管外表面质量的影响情况进行了试验研究。从分析铸管外表面缺陷的形貌特征和形成机理中,找到了铸型转速和涂料层厚度与铸造缺陷的内在联系。研究结果表明,提高铸型转速是减少乃至消除铸管表面凹陷的有效手段;涂料层厚度是影响铸管外表面质量的重要因素。 The centrifugal casting machine with double moulds was used to investigate the effect of thickness of coating layer,mould structure type and rotational speed on the outside surface quality of ductile iron pipes,the morphological trait of outside surface defects of cast pipes and their forming mechanism were discussed,and the internal relation of rotational speed of mould and thickness of coating layer with casting defects was found.The results showed that increasing the rotational speed of mould is an effective means to reduce or eliminate the defects of pit and that coating thickness is an important factor influencing outside surface quality of casting pipes.
