摘要
作者采用FDM/FEM集成的方法,开发了实用化铸造过程三维温度场、应力场数值模拟分析系统。该系统可模拟分析铸件从浇注到冷却至室温的三维动态应力。作者利用此系统模拟分析了三维应力框铸件的应力及形变过程。
A software package for numerical simulation of 3 D temperature field and stress field during the solidification has been developed using integrated FDM/FEM method by which the 3 D dynamic stress of casting from pouring to ambient temperature was simulated.The authors employd the software package to analyse the stress and deformation of 3 D stress frame specimen during solidification and cooling process,and the satisfactory results were obtained.
