中铬强韧抗磨铸铁的研究 被引量:9

摘要 改变了中铬铸铁的结晶过程,改善和细化了显微组织。其基体为马氏体,主要碳化物为(CrFe)7C3和Cr7C3,还有Fe7C3、Cr23C6、MoC等碳化物和FeMoMn、Fe3MO2等合金化合物,消除了渗碳体(FeCr)3C。其硬度HRC≥56,与高铬铸铁相当,得到了耐磨性和韧性较高的中铬铸铁、因而中铬铸铁磨球的破碎率低,球磨机的生产率较高。所以复合变质处理并热处理后的中铬强韧铸铁是一种低成本的优质的抗磨铸铁。 The solidification process of medium chromium cast iron has been changed,improving and refining the microstructure,the matrix of which is martensite,the main carbides are (CrFe) 7C 3 and Cr 7C 3,a small amount of carbides of Fe 7C 3,Cr 23 C 6 and MoC and of alloying compounds of FeMoMn,Fe 3Mo 2 occur in the cast iron,eliminating the cementite of (FeCr) 3C.The higher wear resistant,higher toughness medium chromium cast iron with hardness of HRC≥56,which is similar to the high chromium cast iron,can be obtained,as a result,crushing rate of grinding balls produced by the medium chro mium cast iron is low and the productivity of ball mill is increased,therefore medium chromium strengthen toughening cast iron after composite modification and heat treatment is a high quality abrasion resistant cast iron with low cost.
