A20在前列腺癌细胞中的表达 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨A20(肿瘤坏死因子可诱导的初级应答基因)在前列腺癌各细胞系中的表达及意义。方法:RT-PCR检测体外培养的前列腺癌细胞PC-3,PC-3M,Du145,LNcap和22RV1中A20 mRNA的表达,Western blot检测A20蛋白质(锌指蛋白A20)的表达。结果:RT-PCR和Western blot检测显示A20在前列腺癌5种细胞系中均表达,但表达水平有差别,在PC-3和PC-3M细胞中A20在mRNA和蛋白质表达水平均显著高于其余3种细胞系(P<0.01)。结论:A20在各前列腺癌细胞系中的表达不尽相同,对A20表达的研究对于下一步研究该基因在前列腺癌发生发展中的作用有重要意义。
