摘要
针对配电地理信息系统(GIS)导出数据在实际配电网评估与规划中出现的问题,提出了一套基于规则的数据校验与修复方法。该方法包括数据表、拓扑结构和电气参数3部分的校验与修复。开发了可人机交互的GIS导出数据校验与修复系统,并在某城市配电网评估中得到应用。实际应用表明,该方法及所开发的系统能够较好地实现GIS导出数据的校验与修复,使之满足配电网评估规划等高级分析计算的要求。
For solving quality problems on utilizing exported data from distribution geographic information system (GIS) to distribution network evaluation and planning, a set of rule-based data verification and correction (DVC) methods are proposed, including the DVC methods for data tables, topology structure and electrical parameters. A man-machine interactive system for DVC is developed thereafter, which has been used in practical distribution network evaluation. Actual application indicates that the methods proposed can effectively verify and correct the GIS exported data, thus can meet the requirements of advanced analysis and calculation such as distribution network evaluation and planning.
