摘要
随着有限单元法的发展,许多大型有限元分析软件在工程中得到了广泛应用,但应用这些软件的关键在于如何创建一个能反映实际情况的模型.以路面结构有限元模型的选择为例,详细阐述了在创建模型的过程中应考虑的问题,以及如何优化模型使其与实际相吻合.计算分析结果表明,模型大小和边界条件对路面结构的最大垂直应力和竖向位移值均有影响,尤其对竖向位移值的影响更大.通过对比,对于研究的路面结构采用大小为5 m×5 m×5 m的立方体、边界条件为“固支滑动自由”的模型,其弯沉值与理论计算值最接近,因此能够较好的模拟路面的真实情况,且运算时间较短.
More and more people resolve problems by finite-element method, but it is so difficult to make model close to the true situation. The paper expatiate on the problem during modelling and on how to optimize the model so as to more close to facts with examples of the choice of 3D finite element model of pavement structure. The analysis shows that the values of maximal vertical stress and the vertical displacement are both influenced by the model measure and the boundary condition. Compared calculation value with theoretical value of the flexure, the best model measures is 5 m×5 m×5 m, and the better BC is "fixed stay and sliding and free face". At the same time the working time is less, so the author commends the model to be used.
