摘要
电子废弃物的处置与再利用具有环保和经济双重效应,对电子废弃物估算模型进行了论述,以河南省为例,根据《河南省统计年鉴》的有关数据,采用专家“估计”模型对河南省种电子废弃物的产生量进行了估算分析,提出了发展循环经济、加强电子废弃物无害化的监督和管理、提高电子废弃物利用率的发展理念.
The disposition and reuse of WEEE have a double effect on both environment and economy. This paper has a general analysis on estimation model of WEEE. Based on date of ＂Henan Statistical Yearbook＂, the outputs of six species of WEEE in Henan province are calculated by using estimation modeling, and the trend of the outputs is analyzed. Some suggestions that attach importance to developing circular economy, strengthen the intendance and management of the non-noxious WEEE, and improve the utilizing-rate of WEEE are made.
