Initiating Scientific Management Model of Disks with Books to Improve the Utilization of Digital Information Resources

对高校图书馆随书光盘的管理进行了细致的思考和深入的调研,简要分析了目前各高校图书馆所采用的书盘一体化管理模式和书盘分离式管理模式在读者信息服务中的好处与弊端,结合实践中广大读者的信息获取途径,提出和探讨了高校图书馆随书光盘的科学化管理模式:妥善保存、合理著录、加强宣传、多元服务(书盘同步,阅览室阅览,服务器阅览)是随书光盘规范管理,提高数字信息资源利用率的具体方法和步骤。

Thinking about and investigating the management of disks with books in the library of universities, it is analysed the advantages and disadvantages of these two models： disks and books are displayed in the same room; disks and books are displayed in separate places. Connecting the way of readers＇ retaining information in the practical experience, it was put forward and discussed that to initiate scientific management model of disks with books . The specific measure is to store and manage properly, record reasonably, give publicity widespread, service multiply to improve the utilization of digital information resources.
