摘要
某大桥是20世纪90年代初修建的一座带挂梁的T形刚构。在运营过程中,发现水泥混凝土桥面出现不少病害,如桥面开裂、露骨和桥面连续失效等。虽经多次维修,但始终没有解决桥面开裂问题。从病害原因分析出发,采取桥面局部设置FYT防水层、植筋、钢纤维混凝土和设置毛勒伸缩缝等综合整治措施,取得良好的效果。
A T-rigid-frame bridge with suspended span was built in 1990s. The concrete bridge decks suffer from a series of defects during its usage, such as deck cracks, exposure of aggregate and loss of deck continuity. Although it has been repaired for several times, the problem of deck cracks was not solved. After analyzing the causes of defects, engineers carried out a solution including the methods such as locally building FYT waterproof layers, planting steel bars, using steel fiber reinforced concrete, adding expansion and contraction joint, and so on. This solution greatly amended the defects and could be reused in similar projects.
