摘要
通过试验研究、性能测试优选出符合工程技术要求的RGM早强高强无收缩大流态灌浆料(加固型);阐述了该材料所具有的早强、高强、自流、免振捣、无收缩、高抗渗、抗疲劳冲击、抗冻融、耐热性等多种性能叠加的特性;并对该材料的技术性能进行了机理分析。通过工程实例证明该材料具有耐高温特性,可在600℃环境温度下使用。
Based on experimental study and performance test, engineers develop RGM early strength, high strength, no-shrink, and high flow state grouting material which satisfies engineering requirements. Authors present some characteristics of this grouting material, such as early strength, high strength, self-leveling, nonvibrating, anti-seepage, anti-fatigue, anti-freeze thawing, heat resistance, and so forth, and analyze the mechanism of this grouting material. Engineering practice prove that this grouting material can be used under 600℃.
