摘要
国内外有关安全管理的法律法规很多,但工程建设中安全事故仍时有发生。从安全管理实务出发,以香港地区为背景,对安全管理的风险识别、规划、处理以及现场干预等进行了论述。
To insure the safety, lots of laws and roles have been executed in construction field, but accidents still can not be avoided completely in sites. It is necessary to study how to manage risks and control accidents on the site operation level. This paper discussed the site safety management focusing on risk distinguish, risk planning, risk disposing and site deployment in Hong Kong.
