水电工程施工作业系统中的“四危”状态辨识与控制 被引量:17

摘要 从预防与控制事故的角度出发,提出辨识作业系统的危险源与危险因素,掌握可能构成事故的最危险途径与危险点分布状态是采取有针对性的预防与控制伤害事故措施的前提条件。论述了危险源、危险因素、危险途径、危险点分布的定义与辨识方法,以水电工程施工作业系统为研究对象给出了辨识示例。主张在辨识“四危”状态、掌握“四危”信息的基础上,采用预控、监控、增控与补控措施来预防与控制伤害事故,提升作业系统的安全水平。 From the view of preventing and controlling the accident, this paper proposed measure prerequisite of preventing and controlling injury accident is that identification dangerous source and the dangerous factor in work system, and grasping the most dangerous way and the hazard point that is possible to constitute the accident . The author elaborated the dangerous source, the dangerous factor, the dangerous way, the hazard point distribution definition and the identification method,. This paper has given the identification demonstration take the water and electricity project construction work system as the object of study. The position is recognizing "four dangers" condition, grasping "four dangers" in the information foundation, using controls, the monitoring in advance, increases controls with makes up controls the measure to prevent and the control injury accident, promoting safety level in work system.
