摘要
介绍了感应炉熔炼高铬铸铁过程中的五个技术要领。用热力学的方法计算了熔化时坩埚反应的平衡温度与测试结果基本相符。
Main factors affecting smelting quaulity of high chromium cast irons in induction furnace are discussed in this paper. A thermodynamical method is used to calculate the equilibrium temperature of crucible reaction when the alloys are melted. The results are agreement with measured temperature very well and provide a fundamental basis for obtaining good quality high chromium cast irons by using induction furnace semlting method.
