摘要
气门座安装于发动机的心脏部位,在高温条件下受到频繁的冲击,对材质的要求较高。利用高镍合金铸铁铸造的气门座,既保障了气门座的高温稳定性及耐蚀性,又使铸件具有一定的强度,硬度及韧性。
Stigma seats are always located at heat of engine and work under freguent impact at high temperature conditions. So that high quality material are require. In this paper the cast iron with high nickel alloy containing was employed to made velve seat by which high temperature stability and corrosion resistant and good mechanical properties of higher strength and hardness and good toughnees are obtained.
