摘要 研究了不同孔眼密度的泡沫陶瓷过滤器对ZL204A的组织和性能的综合影响。结果表明:随着泡沫陶瓷过滤器孔眼密度的增加,过滤能力逐步提高,同时可以细化晶粒,但疏松有所加重,造成拉伸强度和屈服强度下降,而伸长率先降低后又回升。 The effect CFF with different hole on structure and properties of ZL204A has been studied in this paper. The research indicates that filtrating ability is raised and grain is refined by increasing hole density of CFF, while tensile strength and yield strength of ZL204A are decreased because of severe porosity, but its elongation is increased after a reduction.
