摘要
目的探讨原发性扩张型心肌病的临床治疗方法。方法选取76例原发性扩张型心肌病,应用常规抗心衰药物与小剂量美托洛尔,并对血压偏低的患者加用生脉注射液。结果本组病例总有效率达93.4%,治疗后心率明显减慢,左室射血分数(LVEF)明显提高。结论在常规用药的基础上,联合β受体阻滞剂与生脉注射液治疗原发性扩张型心肌病具有良好疗效。
Objective To investigate the treatment of patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods Seventy - six patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy were treated with conventional anti -heart -failure drugs and low -dose of metoprolol. Besides, Shengmai injection was added to patients with low blood pressure. The parameters of cardiac function were measured by echocardiogram. Results Total effective rate of this group was 93.4%. After treatment, the heart rate slowed down and LVEF improved significantly. Condusion These results indicated that the addition of β - blocker and Shengmai injection to conventional treatment is beneficial to the treatment of chronic heart failure in patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy.
