脑卒中急性期痛风发作26例临床观察

Gout episodes during acute phase of cerebral stroke.

目的探讨脑血管意外急性期诱发患者痛风发作的相关因素。方法分析收住的26例脑血管意外急性期患者痛风发作的临床资料。结果脑血管意外急性期痛风发作与卒中本身及其治疗和护理密切相关。结论脑血管意外,尤其是严重卒中,在其治疗过程中入量减少、脱水剂药物的应用及肢体末梢循环不良等均诱发使脑血管意外急性期患者痛风发作。

Objective To investigate the predisposing factors of gout episodes among patients in acute phrase of cerebral stroke. Methods Clinical data of 26 patients with gout episodes during acute phase of cerebral stroke were analyzed, Results Gout episodes during acute phase of cerebral stroke were significantly related＇s the occurrence of strroke and its treatment and nursing. Condusion Gout episodes during acute phase of cerebral stroke （especially severe stroke） can be induced by poor peripheral circulation of extremities, insufficient fluid intake and the use of dehydrants.
