双腔气管插管在胸腔镜手术中的临床应用

Application of double-cavity tube endotracheal intubation in thoracoscopic operation.

目的探讨双腔气管插管在电视胸腔镜手术的临床应用和相关情况的处理。方法回顾性分析46例电视胸腔镜手术的麻醉处理过程。结果46例患者术前多数并存有其他疾病,在双腔支气管插管全身麻醉下实施胸外科手术,术中经严密观察、慎重处理低氧血症等情况,全部患者手术过程顺利,无明显麻醉并发症。结论正确地运用双腔支气管插管,术中严密监护。慎重处理低氧血症等情况,可为电视胸腔镜手术创造良好的手术条件。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of double - cavity tube endotraeheal intubation in thoracoseopic operation. Methods Anesthetic handling process of 46 patients undergoing video - assisted thoracoseopic operation was retrospectively analysed. Results All the operations were completed favourably without significant anesthetic complications. Conclusion Correct use of double cavity tube endotracheal intubation, close monitor during operation and careful management of hypoxemia, etc. can create favourable conditions for video - assisted thoracoscopic surgery.
