肝水解肽治疗肝炎肝硬化疗效观察

Liver joy medicine for posthepatitic cirrhosis.

目的探讨肝水解肽(肝乐宁)治疗肝炎肝硬化疗效。方法采用χ2检验的方法,将72例肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为两组,治疗组37例,对照组35例,两组病例均接受同样的综合治疗,一般为护肝支持疗法,使用支链氨基酸,多样维生素,部分病例使用血浆、白蛋白支持治疗及利胆退黄、利尿、抗感染等对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用肝乐宁100mg加入10%葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注,每日1次,30 d为1疗程,治疗1～2个疗程。结果治疗组在降酶、退黄及临床疗效方面均优于对照组,两组有显著性差异。结论肝乐宁治疗肝炎肝硬化有明显疗效,且未见明显不良反应。

Odjective To investigate the effectness of liver joy medicine（LJM） for posthepatitic cirrhosis, Methods 72 patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis were randomly assigned to receive LJM infusion （ 100mg dissolved in 10% glucose, once daily for 1- 2 course, 30 days constituting a single course, n =37） or placebo（ n =35）. Combined therapy was the same in both groups, including liver support therapy, branched - chain amino acids, vitamins, plasma, albumin, abating jaundice, diuretic, anti - inflammatory, etc. Results The abatement of jaundice, the decline in hepatic enzyme and clinical improvement were significantly better in LJM group than in control group. Conclusion LJM has an excellent therapeutic effect for posthepatitic cirrhosis, there are no significant advese reactions.
